THE APPLES IN STEREO
Jeff has been close friends with Apples In Stereo bandleader Robert Schneider since grade school, with the two often working on music together. Robert had a big hand in recording both Neutral Milk Hotel records. Jeff plays bass and sings backing vocals on the 1995 Apples in Stereo album Fun Trick Noisemaker.
